A Science and Maths academy, not a general tuition agency
Birmingham STEM Vertex Academy Ltd was founded to give secondary-school students disciplined, specification-focused teaching in the subjects that most often decide their options after school.
Our approach
We teach Science and Maths only. That focus lets us build teaching materials around specific examination boards, track the questions students routinely lose marks on, and keep improving how those topics are explained.
Every student begins with a short assessment. From that we agree a written plan with the parent or guardian: the topics to cover, the order to cover them in and how progress will be measured. Lessons then combine explanation, guided practice and independent examination-style questions.

Our tutors
