What we collect

Parent or guardian name, email address and telephone number
Student first name, year group, subject and examination board
Postcode where home tuition is requested
The content of your enquiry and our correspondence with you
Lesson records, assessment results and progress notes
Limited technical data such as anonymised website analytics, where consented

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries and arrange trial lessons
To deliver tuition and report progress to parents and guardians
To administer bookings, invoices and payments
To meet our legal, safeguarding and accounting obligations
To send marketing only where you have given consent

Lawful bases

We rely on contract for delivering tuition, legitimate interests for responding to enquiries and running the academy, legal obligation for record keeping and safeguarding, and consent for marketing and non-essential cookies. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as email, video-lesson and payment providers, and with authorities where safeguarding or the law requires it.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to tuition are deleted within a limited period. Tuition and financial records are kept only for as long as they are needed for the stated purpose or to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Children

Enquiries should be made by a parent or guardian. Where we hold student data, the parent or guardian may exercise the rights above on the student's behalf.
